Thanks guys. Didn't get it fixed before we went, in fact quite annoyed at K******s, who swore blind they'd changed the actuators and motors on the flappy bits and didn't know why it still didn't work.
While we were in Norwich, called into Desira and they were kind enough to have a proper look at it, and concluded that the motors hadn't been changed and doing that would probably solve it. They didn't have the bits in stock so couldn't fix it, but did very kindly take the time to print out all the pages of diagnostics indicating the fault(s) - which are interesting!
I'm taking it over to Perry's Amersham on Weds (where I'm from so some stuff I can do over that way) who'll take a look at the diagnostics, have a look themselves, and hopefully fix it finally!!!
