+1 because the toe in is measured/quoted in degrees (ie turn) it doesn't matter how big the wheels are the measurement will stay the same.

However sometimes the toe in is measured/quoted in mm (ie a length) and then it will make a difference because it is measured from the wheel rim outer edge.

The 18s also weigh about 3-4 KG more than the original 19s.

aren't there two versions of the Ti 19s ? - which look the same but the newer ones weighing about 12kg and the original ones 14kg ?
