Well I've got my baby back
1 week old. I had it for 4 days and the dealer had it for 3 !!!!!!
Touch wood everything is OK.
After fitting a new fuel pump the dealer called me at 5.00pm last night to tell me that the car had not replicated the fault and would I like to collect the car or leave it with them for longer !!!!!????
What I've just paid 25.5K for a car and would I like you to keep it longer (1 week old). Where do these dealerships get these desk muppets!
On collection of the car I could not believe my eyes there was oil marks on the leather door panels, seats (drivers and passengers) and the car had not been valeted.
As you probably expect I hit the roof. So much so that the service manager and desk muppet were cleaning my car from 5.30 until 6.10pm with me and my girlfriend watching over them.
Alfa Romeo is trying its hardest to establish itself as a quality marque and these idiots are letting the side down. I have no compalints with the sales side (Frank) they are great, could not do enough for you.
But please be aware that this dealership has Hyundai on one side and Alfa (recently new) on the other and no disrespect to Hyundai owners, but, I think they probably have lower expectations of what good customer service should be.
I would highly recommend you take your Alfa elsewhere for servicing if you cherise yours as much as I love my new baby!
