If I report a honest and correct account of very poor service from a dealer I cannot understand why certain individuals find it acceptable to defend such poor and shoddy service??????
I am a new member who would gladly welcome such honest opinions as it would help me make informed decisions on where I take "my baby" to be serviced.
As recorded I would wholly recommend the sales side "Frank" and I dont believe for a minute, as others have recorded on here that sales is the easy part of the process! Can you imagine how many timewasters and tyre kickers these individuals have to put up with and still remain polite and smile through everything!
Servicing is not hard:
i) you dont lie to customers
ii) you take pride in your job
iii) you return a brand new car to the customer as a brand new car and not soiled and in an unacceptable condition
If you stick to these (not rocket scientist) rules your customers will not complain and hey it will be a perfect world
Yes mistakes are made but are they made on a brand new car wihich a customer has had for 4 days of its 7 day life? Surely a miniscule of common sense would apply and hey we have already let the customer down lets pull out all the stops?
As recorded I am self employed and if I gave a client such shoddy service I would expect to be slated on a website like this (if not shot).
