It was 2 years ago and I have since dumped all the bills as I no longer have the car. However, the dpf was knackered by the amount of crud in the exhausts from the knackered injectors, particularly one really bad one. The whole bill for injector refurb, removal of dpf and replacement with length of straight pipe, plus remap was close to £2,000. Put that in perspective though, a replacement dpf was nearly that alone, and I ended up with a car that I already owned and that gave 2 years of trouble free motoring, and still would if I still had it.
One other thing, the removal of the dpf rendered the egr valve redundant. These are a constant problem on the 2.4 engines, at best causing turbo lag, at worst sticking open so you lose virtually all your boost. It was the best thing I ever did, even though it meant the exhaust smoked a bit - well quite a lot when I took it up to the red line!
