I'm getting very very ****ed off with HR Owen now. We were told in early May we'd have the car end of May... the story being they had an LE from the original batch, already on its way, for a customer who'd been declined credit. It's now halfway through June and they can't even give us the slightest indication of its status, let alone any idea of if or when it might arrive.
Regular readers will know its not been a great experience with HRO, the only thing that kept us with them was their promise (4 weeks ago) that we'd have the car in 2 weeks, as it was from the original batch.
Being patient is one thing, but now almost everyone from the first batch seems to have their car, and we're not getting even an indication of a date (or indeed calls returned - not once to date has a call been received from HRO on the date it was promised).
IMVHO, appalling, appalling customer service throughout from what's supposed to be the flagship dealer. Maybe it's fitting that these guys are the flagship dealer for a brand famous for crap customer service.
(btw, I've been patient and polite, and held back from this, but now the flaming just has to begin... I can't shake the feeling that this 'car from the first batch' story might not be kosher. This may not be the place to vent, and I'm sure I'll get shot down, but I can't get any sense out of HRO from speaking with them directly (God knows I've tried), maybe someone on here that's had a good experience with HRO - and I know those people exist - could let me know who they dealt with??)
