I'm very disappointed with the ARUK esponse, on two levels.
1. They claim only 6 people have complained and logged it, which cannot be true, unless they dont count it as a fault and have stopped logging calls.
2. They have less than 2,500 cars sold in nealy 3 years, so you would think that it would be simple and releatively inexpensive to get these cars fixed, its not as if its a 100k recall issue!
I'm not giving in on this one, and neither should anyone else. I posted earlier about involving your Insurance Companies to make a legal case. Mine is ongoing. Has anyone else done this.
The problem could be that if everyone sits back and waits for everyone else to do something, well it wont get fixed.
