Big dealer that deals with many Marques, customer service was pretty poor on the whole.
Ordered 159 1.9jtdm SW in November with a delivery date expected around beginning of Feb, I called every 4 or so weeks to check things were still on track, business manager was very short with me, telling me I would be contacted if there were any problems, though i've heard that before, so kept calling anyway. 3 (yes 3!) days before I was due to collect, I called to check the car was ready, to which I was told "oh sorry, the factories closed, wont be here for another 2 months" !!
Needless to say I went mental, so did my boss (he's paying for it). After a few hours of phone calls they managed to find me another 159 that they could get ready for the original date. It was a different colour and spec to what I ordered, though I ended up with a few extras - nice but doesn't make up for the attitude of staff on the phone and lack of contact.
As for servicing, I can't comment yet, watch this space.
My Dad bought a Mazda from the same dealer and experienced similar treatment.
I will avoid this dealer in the future if at all possible.
