Wow, a 2500 reduction is a pretty big incentive; wish my choices had come down by that much.

But stumping up the deposit+options is the real killer for anything choicy on Motability. Still a lot cheaper than motoring in the real world though. Good luck in whatever decision youreach.

This is the thread that lead me to the site in the first place: great to see Alfas on the Motability list as we're just joining the scheme after our 156 has gone cambelt-pop.

The 159 Sportwagon should be just about big enough for our needs (in ways the old 156 wagon never was). Now the only problem is in stumping-up (and justifying to the loved ones) the necessary deposit while faced with cheaper Saab and BMW alternatives.
