I get some tramlining with my Brera, on 18" wheels I think you always will depending on the road surface. With a 45 section tyre you won't have a great deal of compliance in the tyre (bounce), so the tyre is more likely to will follow grooves etc in the road surface.
My previous car was a BMW120D that had 16" runflat tyres on it, that car was far worse than the Brera for tramling, probably due to the stiff reinforced sidewalls.
If I was you I would get the traking checked, as I beleive the wear issue on the inner edge is mainly applicable to the 2.4 engined cars. As for the tramlining I think its just something you need to aware of when driving.
