What is it with ARUK? I'm in the same boat, no-one seems willing to take reponsibility and assist. ARUK have yet to contact me, my open case with them goes back to November, after I gave up on Benfield Newcastle.
BTW, RSK if you're still looking at Benfield (Newcastle) for a car, I really would look for a different dealer, the sales team are great, cant speak highly enough of James and Andrew, but the Service department and admin are simply shocking. Just my opinion though, but I'll never buy anything from them again.
ARUK and dealers do read this, I got reference to a comment I made about their 'Fisher Price Technicians' in a recent letter from them to my Solicitor.
Good luck, the battle continues. The important thing is that ARUK need to realise we wont just lie-down and rollover. I still love the car, its style and design, but I absolutely regret the day I ever walked into Benfield Newcastle.
