Well may consider it Nev, but I still have to convince her about that GT I hanker after, let alone a Brera.: Were your seats in the 147 the sports ones with the red stitching, and adjustable lumbar support? I find, and so does she, that we can adjust them spot on to allow for the curvature of the spine, with brilliant, very comfortable support.: Have to make sure a GT's are as good?:

I don't think those are the same as Mr Ferret's. I too had the optional sports seats in my Wagon (black perforated leather with red centre stitching, adjustable lumbar and underthigh support) and they were without doubt the best seats I've ever been in.
Mind you, they were a £1200 option so they should be!
I agree the Brera seats are also exceptionally comfortable for long journeys - but only in a straight line. It's the side support they are lacking and you really notice it on the twisties. It's my biggest complaint about the car, but it looks like they have sorted it for 2008.
