Ive got a damned spider in the car, really fine webs and they are everywhere, this bugger works his nuts off at night and I cant find him.
I learnt a trick with chestnuts or conkers and I use them in my conservatory and they work a treat but of course neither are in big supply right now.
Anyone have any good suggestions ? Here we go LOL.
Having a spider in the wing mirror is a PITA but having one, or a family of them, inside the cab is downright out of order.
Sorry couldn't resist, on a serious note though... ive heard peppermint oil, tea tree oil, citrus oil and lavender oil work to keep them out of places.
Probably best used individually rather than all together though, if you dont wanna use neat oil, mix it (5-10 drops to 500ml) in a squirty bottle with some water and a little detergent (to help dissolve the oil in water)
For some random reason, I picked up 3 conkers a couple of years ago and they are sitting on my desk under the monitor. Assuming they don't have to be fresh conkers, I'll happily mail them to you!
I was washing the car the weekend and I saw this tiny white spider on the roof, yes I was getting these strange webs on the outside of the roof as well as inside, I showed him no mercy, he had the full weight of my index finger.
Im now 3 days clear of any zip wire type webs so Im confident he was the culprit.
