Give us a clue?
Are we supposed to scroll through the entire site looking for a story?

I bet the dirt on the walls is from all of those disgusting diesel 2.4 Breras driving past for ~10 years

Does it come under help-to-buy?

.
I can't imagine it would make a difference at that price . If you read on an estate agent said after they have washed the diesel fumes off the wall it'd be worth one million United Kingdom pounds

It looks like if the wind blew hard from either side it would fall over.

The Brera would be better to live in than the house, plus if it got blustery then you could just move easily and not have the misfortune of watching 600k of very little house fly away to the Wizard of Oz.

Look at the state of the floor plans: https://metrouk2.files.wordpress.com...=all&strip=all
I've just designed a student hovel not dissimilar for a client. He'll have it built for £30k.

As someone who's very used to London property prices, my first reaction was that it's incredibly cheap!
