We picked a Jane Carrera pushchair / matrix car seat, as the pushchair easily fits into the boot of a 147 (which is tiny) with reasonable space for other stuff, all we need now is something to put in it, (any day now )

Good Luck
congarats btw, good luck

Re: Alfa 159 - Does It Fit A Pram!!

Well i am planning to get a 159sw in australia for the same reason. the gf wants a tourag as she had one in london but i will turn her. The only question is do we get the 3.2 or the 2.4 i def want the q4. If they upgrade the 3.2 i will go for that.

The joker is the 1.8t with 230 if that comes out soon.

We have a phil and teds pram (big and chunky)and it fits reasonable well in my 147 with the easy to remove wheels plus room left for some shopping bags dunno if that helps but it also fits in my girlfriends beetlre which has a tiny badly shaped boot!!!!!

Have a 159 with 2 kids, one six and one 13 months. Buggy types fit easily, Also have an old fashioned style massive pram. Splits into 2 parts and just fits in the boot.

Re: Alfa 159 - Does It Fit A Pram!!

It's the width of the boots thats the problems.
We had a Gracco Travel system in the wifes Daewoo Matiz.
Then she bought a Clio.
Now we have the Umbrella type Mcclaren pram and it fit's fine but as I say it's long and this is the main problem.
But we also bought a new Britax Travel system and this fits fine in the CLio and 147 so I dunno what all the fuss is about getting it into a huge car like the 159 !
