Red Face Sports Exhaust for Brera 1750 Tbi

I'm over my Brera sounding like a sewing machine. I'm after a simple bolt on fix for something that sounds like a traditional Alfa exhaust note...something like a 4C would be nice.
Any experience ? Lots of options; CSC units; Autodelta, Ascari tuning.

there are also cans from novitec at least for 159 tbi. im also interested in some opinions on cans, especially from those who heard various cans fitted on tbi and could compare them in some way.
and one more, should be proper sound mod including new/custom exhaust pipe?are there any of the shelf available which somebody can recommend?

Engineers crying. It takes some skills to make a car quiet!

should be quiet enough, but with some character as well. TBi unfortunately is quiet and without any proper engine note. My wife's 1.4TB Giulietta with just one can at the end sounds way better than 159 TBi, and so thinking about some change.

Ive trawled videos and my favourite sound clip was novitec rear boxes and mid box removal. This is the way I want to go.

Also, consider installing a "sport" air filter cartridge replacement. I use BMC and at higher revs it almost makes it sound like an Alfa. Almost.

It might sound louder but it's almost certainly slower. The 159 has a tuned inlet to get the right pulses through the valves in the most efficient way. If you can hear the difference then you've altered the breathing.

That is news to me, thank you for the info.

I use the following filter: BMC Sportluftfilter - Alfa Romeo Shop - Tuning, Styling, Fanartikel und Modellautos

I would not think it makes (any) change to performance, as it is only a cartridge that goes in the original housing. I guess it could have something to do with the air pressure. Do you have any details on how much it affects the performance? Could it be compared to a dirty original filter element or is it more significant?
