159 2.0 Ti suspension spacers.?

Has anybody any experience in using or fit any spacers to their suspension? Not that I want to have to heighten the ride of my Ti but I have major clearance problems. When I bought the car the dealer informed me that it looks like it had been lowered by the previous owner but I don't know by how much or on what springs. It does look like it is only the springs that have been changed & still on the original shocks. Althought I have learnt how to navigate over speed bumps etc without scuffing the skid pan or bottom of the car earlier in the week I hit a pothole near a raised manhole which has whacked a hole in my sump! (A temporary patch job later while I get a new sump or permanent weld repair) this has now made me think I need to raise the height slightly? Any advice is appreciated

Easiest way if still on standards dampers is just to replace the springs with OE.
The car must be really low if you have holed your sump!! Eekkkk
Will need to get 4 will alignment also once changed as geometry will change.

I've put mine on Lusso springs. Driving is transformed. I can straddle speed cushions. I'm sure the 159 was developed on Lusso springs with 17 inch Pirellis. The Ti looks increasingly like a marketing exercise rather than engineer led.

Yes I only measure around 3 1/2 - 4" from top of the rim to the wheel arch... that is on 19" rims though, a friend suggested using some spacer with the springs that are on it just to lift it a bit... think I'd best get saving for a full adjustable coil over set really

I'm 38.5 Front and 38 Rear measured from wheel centre to arch.
