Rear Light unit (O/S) wanted for Brera

Evening all.

I was trying the old 'hairdryer' trick to rid my rear lens of condensation.

Not only did the hairdryer do sod all for the condensation problem, I ended up slightly melting part of the indicator bulb hole, and even after trying to sand the unit down to something resembling its original shape...it's not having it.

Does anyone know where I could pick up a unit, but preferably not for 185-300?

This has turned into one of my most expensive mistakes.

Any help much appreciated. Jess

Have you tried warming the damaged area while easing in the indicator? At least that would get you back where you started.

It's hard to explain without pictures, but I melted the locking guide thingies that the blub holder goes into. Sanding the area hasn't been precise enough to get the bulb holder to fit properly again. And the unit would still be full of condensation.

Luckily I've sourced a new unit, which arrived today!
