1-Series BMW has to be one of the ugliest shopping trolleys around.

1 series BMW? I think thats what the neighbor has. Is that what the OP was referring to as an alternative to the Brera? Tell me thats not right, how can you consider a BMW box as an alternative to a Brera, you may as well consider something from Korea!

Crazy I know. 1-Series trolley is really a Giulietta alternative.
For Brera there's very little - maybe GT86 or BRZ, struggling to think of much else.
And please God nobody say Scirocco. What an ugly fat lass that is.

Well maybe for direct alternatives, but I was trying to avoid German stuff and the 'sheep' effect.

If the Brera is to be compared to anything (sorry its German) it has to be a TT.

Yep, you're probably right with that one.

Also liked the 350Z (less so 370 - bit odd looking IMHO), but too thirsty for me.

Has anyone clapped eyes on the new Lexus RC 350 Coupe? Apart from the grill it's stunning in the metal

Can you buy one of those? There's a 300 on their website, but that also has an ugly rear to go with the ugly front.
I'd rather have a Mustang if we're talking new sub-35k cars.

Yeah I saw one in white parked, had to double take at It. It just caught my eye by mistake. I didn't even know of one until seeing it in Manchester.

I've only seen one, they do seem to be incredibly rare, so ticks the exclusivity box.
Very long waiting list as well.
It did think it'd be a possibility to get one at about 2 to 3 years old thinking they'd depreciate to about 20k by then, but I think depreciation will now be a hell of a lot slower than that.
There's used ones advertised for more than the new price.
