Brera driver's window won't go down

Good morning

First problem with Brera I bought last month... The driver's window won't go down, it is stuck in the position it would be with the door open (ie down half an inch) but when I close the door it won't go up either. This means when the door is closed and car locked the window is not fully up.

I've replaced the fuse so it's not that. Any ideas?

Ta!

Will I be able to reset them on the basis that the driver's window does not go down at all when I press the button? I can hear a little click in the door but there is no movement at all.

Hmm, maybe not.

I'd be tempted to disconnect the battery and then try resetting, but given that
it seems to be fubarred it might make things worse? (In terms of window position.)
