Smaller wheels on a Brera S

I'm looking to get a set of 17" wheels for winter tyres on my Brera S

As the S has different suspension settings over a standard Brera, will it matter so long as I put the right size of tyres on?

I dont think the suspension is the issue, its the brembo brakes.
When I had my Brera S I was advised to buy 18s. I actually have them for sale if your interested. They come with Nokian winter tyres is excellent condition.

Edit: Read through my old private messages and can confirm that any Brera/159 17" and above will fit with the 330 brembos

I've never heard of someone going for the smaller wheels. Is it to make the ride a bit smoother? You'll have no problem selling the old ones though..

It's only for winter - I don't want to shell out 1500 for wheels plus tyre costs. Smaller wheels are cheaper and so are the corresponding tyres
