Hmmm Alfa 159 fuel consumption/ temperature IDLE

Hey guys! hey hey 159 fans !

Guys last weekend i was driving my beautifull Blue ALFA 159. Enjoying the car 220km/h in highway, then suddenly all power lost ! :'( , so you can know the EGR is blanked and no remap. DPF half empty. (check engine always on because of EGR) anyway stopped the car waited a little bit turned on again and the power is back. but not the good old power. . got back to the mechanic opened the engine cleaned all the soot, alot of soot. and we found that the blanking plate we used has a hole in it now .i think its because of pressure.we used a better one now.DPF is full empty, after two days of work turn on the car again same power .and i notice that as i start the car the temperature rise so fast .faster then before. and it stop at 90C . average consumption start rising too at IDLE from 7.6/100 after 2 min its 7.7/100 after another 2min its 7.8 it goes until 11.2/100 and its still going up. its just keep adding 0.1/100 every 2 minutes.

i need your help guys i love this car. where should i look?

symptoms so far:
-bad power
-high consumption
-temperature rise faster then usual.

Please help me !
