Noise from R/N/S on Brera 3.2

For the last couple of weeks I have been getting a strange noise which appears to be from the rear nearside wheel area.
It only happens for a second or so when I pull away in first gear. It does not do it in other gears or reverse. It sounds like a drive belt skipping teeth would sound. Whilst looking for this I found a broken coil spring and thought that was likely to be the cause. Had all 4 replaced with Eibachs last week but it is still the same. I have had it up on jacks and can't see any obvious play in the wheel bearings, drive shafts, or prop shaft. Anybody got any ideas before I make another 200 mile round trip to Autolusso.

Possibly shock absorber, I have seen it before the, we have had it a few times, everything looks fine but noise remains, guess and change the rear shocks has fixed it

When we looked at it last week everything looked fine so this would be the avenue I would go
