Help Locking Wheel Nut's.......Help!!!!!!!!

I have had my cambelt replaced this week and the garage has lost my locking wheel nut!!!!!!

I won't say which garage it is yet but it is supposed to be a reputable one. I first noticed it was missing when the locking nut box was open but without the key in it. I soon called them and they gave me the usual "have you looked in the glovebox" rubbish. After a few minutes of not getting anywhere one of the technicians on the phone suggested that my wheels don't have locking nuts!!!!!! Oh. My. Word. They must think i was born yesterday. And then
another phone call later they said that there wasn't a locking nut present in the car!!!

So how did they change the cambelt then??????? By magic??

I am sick and tired of garages promising to call you back and they don't.

The problem I face is how do you remove the nuts from the wheels now? Will the alloys end up getting damaged?
Can a new key be re-ordered?

Getting tired of these garages who won't take responsibility for their work!

Makes me wonder if they have done the cambelt at all.

If you have the code you can order a replacement key ( assuming they are the original AR locking bolts )

If you have a main dealer nearby they normally have a master if you need it.
