+1 Subtle; not boy-racerish. I really like Hunter's front splitter too.

YES!
in fact i ordered myself the zender/original accessories one. i know that a lot of people will say it's not suited for an alfa, but looking at my car from certain angles it seems... unfinished...

as a plus it has the 3rd brake light integrated (so i can completely cover the rear shelf with alcantara and leave only the sunshade) and enough room to hide the rear view camera on the center mount.

Toshy, do you think the sunshade can be retro fitted?

They left mine off in the factory.

everything can be done if you're willing to spend the right amount of money
attaching it to the rear parcel shelf wont be a problem (even cutting a hole into it because it comes with a plastic "sleeve" covering the area around the hole), but the hangers/tabs in the ceiling are a problem as they come in one piece with the whole headlining thing...

Well, we'll see what my dealer says tomorrow.

I doubt they'll be willing to pay for all that work to be honest.

In which case I'll be checking the accessories brochure for ideas....

never been a big fan of spoilers/ailerons/airbrakes... but the first one is very subtle.. still it serves no purpose if not giving that bit of chavvish touch that the 159 doesn't deserve.. dunno, if I had a 159 I wouldn't probably put one on.

The car has such beautiful lines. Why spoil it with bits of plastic that don't serve any purpose? Sorry Hunter and Toshy.

Like what youve done there hunter, discreet rear spoiler. Ive just got a 159 (in silver they had no other colour) tempted with the spoiler. Where did you get it from if you dont mind my asking....

159 Lussissmo 195bhp ish!

A lip spoiler like Hunter's looks good imho.
But a full on STi style job, eughhh. No. Spoils the lines of the rear and flanks.

Tend to agree with this but having said that, it is a personal choice.

If you like it, that's all that matters.

The 159, with all its subtle bulges and creases is a gorgeous shape.

Adding spoilers, rightly or wrongly, reminds me of those big Holden (Vauxhall) sedans.
