Yoohoo you lucky chums across the ocean!! Really hoping for those who already have their MY08 159s in their lucky possession to please post some pics for us all. I'd like to see the differences from the pre-MY08 model e.g. the dials, the trimmings etc... our local vendor here in Singapore is clearing out the existing pre-MY08 159s but I'm torn between picking one of these up without knowing what's in store if I book the MY08 model instead. Pics pics pics!! Thank you muchee muchee!!

Re: Anyone got their MY08 159 yet?
Make sure everything is ok before you leave Whitequay. Mine wasn't cleaned properly, had black footmarks and handprints around the interior, tyres overinflated by about 10psi and a scratch on the boot that they had tried (unsuccessfully) to T-Cut out, leaving an unlacquered patch which looks awful.

Picked it up, very happy Shame they didn't do a great job cleaning it though, or fill the tank like they promised

I was having a hard time choosing between the red and the black, I went for black but that red looks gorgeous!

Thanks guys! The wait was well worth it, I've hardly left it alone since we got back I can't seem to stop driving past large reflective shop windows

Re: Anyone got their MY08 159 yet?
Know the feeling, 159 best looking Alfa saloon todate , aggressive yet attractive. I can never walk away without looking back, I can never leave it dirty for too long (my old 155 sometimes looked like it had done the RAC Rally!) Wished I'd waited for the Ti model, love the 19" Alloys, skirts, chromed mirrors and in red it looks perfect. Best of luck with her.

Look back through this thread, there's pics of mine and others too. Also pics of my interior (well, my 159's interior!) on this thread: http://www.alfaowner.com/Forum/ice-a...-or-phone.html (Kuda Console - Satnav, ipod or phone)

Lovely car Paul, not surprised Whitequay didn't clean it properly based on my experience as related earlier...

I don't have electric seats, but they are heated. I also don't have random wipe/lights/rearview, but then I didn't get on with those in the loaner so I am glad I didn't get them. I had to add the folding wing mirrors back on too.
I think the climate control works better, as in the loaner I had it seemed a bit random how many clicks would change the temperature by 0.5 degrees. The controls on my car feel much better, and it is one click per 0.5 degrees. Also, the boot opening by pressing the logo is

Re: Anyone got their MY08 159 yet?
I could do without the auto wipers granted but they are OK. That's about it though as I'm spoilt now
I agree about the aircon dials to and the pres badge is cool. I might consider retrofitting one if it's easy.
Do you still get the push to open boot button in the ceiling light cluster, Blue & me and the split fold rear seats though?
