Battery is probably okay if it can crank for a minute.
It's more likely to be something fuel related.
A few injected cars I've had have sometimes been a bugger to start if I just turn the engine on and drive it a few yards (e.g. when moving it). It seems the ECU takes a couple of minutes to go through cold start mode. If you turn the engine off too soon it floods the engine for the next time you want to set off.
I'd start the beast up and then let it warm up gently. Take it for a spin enough to warm the water up and then give it a few rpm to blow out all the electronic cobwebs. You don't have to cane it.. just let it warm all the way through after that inactivity.
