Slave cylinder/leather trim
Hi all.. my first post in the 155 section and my second on the whole site! Basically had my 2.0, 1996, 155 for close to 6 years now.. its hardly ever let me down, ok had to have the gearbox recon'd 3 years ago, but for nealy 6 years trouble free drivin i really don't care! It is gettin on a bit now, but i really can't give it up just yet, still thousands of miles in him! Plus he still puts a HUGE smile on my face, even on the shortest of trips! But the slave cylinder has just gone, is this something that i could do or do i really need to pass it over to a garage? Sure i read its pretty easy to do, but then again im no mechanic! Is it gonna be costly? Oh yeah.. where on earth can i get a black/dark grey full leather trim for it, door panels.. the lot! Did they even do the 155 with a leather trim? Any ideas guys?
