It's unlikely to be the lambda. It sounds more like an ignition issue.
Can you swap the coil packs from 2 & 3 to 1 & 4 and see if the problem moves too.
If the problem moves with the coils, then the problem is the coils. If the problem stays on 2 and 3, then the problem is with 2 and 3. Either the plugs (unlikely, since all 4 would have to have have stopped working) or the feed to the coils, or the injection on those cylinders has gone AWOL.

>> Are you getting fuel but no sparks, or no sparks AND no fuel.. or no fuel but sparks?
I'm guessing injection and coils will be good, so the problem is why those two cylinders aren't getting a coil pack supply... but answer these questions first to isolate the problem area.
