On the fronts a G-clamp will do. On the rear you need to wind the cylinders in to keep the self-adjustment mechanism of the handbrake happy.
Take the lid off the master cylinder so the fluid can rise back upproperly. Keep an eye on it as you do it, to make sure it doesn't overflow from the master cylinder.
Wrinx is right.. do not pump the pedal with the caliper off the disk or the cylinders will fall out.
