Re: Headlamp adjustment
I had an idea I might try... I'm hoping the motor doesn't know what level/position the lights are in.
If I set the aim of the lights to "low" the motor should wind the reflector down to a "low" setting.
If I then disconnect the motor on this unit, move the switch to "high" the switch is back at the "high" but the lamp aim obviously won't move.
Then if I re-connect the motor and set the lights to "low" again, does anyone know if the motor will adjust the light down again, or does it know it's already in the low position... ?
Just a thought.
The question is does the motor keep winding the light down when it gets a signal to, or are there the 4 set positions (o-1-2-3) and it knows what position the light is set at? I'm hoping the former (as it'd sort my problem).
