Cheers guys - top work!
Alfajack / Wrinx - you've filled me with confidence so I'm off round the garage now to get stuck in...
Re the break-in Wrinx, nothing stolen from mine either. Mind you there wasn't anything to nick except the owners book and 'Enjoying your Alfa Romeo' cassette. Completely pointless
. My guess is that our local petty criminals saw a car they didn't know and thought it was worth a look inside. Either that or they wanted to sit in it and make vroom-vroom Alfa noises!
Anyway, I taped the window up and have left it outside since without any more problems so hopefully thats the end of it.
Alfanutter/Green Cloverleaf - my other Alfa is a '72 2000GTV. Pride and joy. Trouble is you can watch them dissolve in the rain
, so shes gone into hibernation til spring. I've got a photo which I'll try to attach, and I'll see if I can get one of the 155 too later on.
And cheers for the tip on the door Nigel - its one I knew about from the GTV - if you don't replace the plastic sheeting not only do you get leaks but also very wavy door cards as they soak up the wet! Worth remembering that there is very little on an Alfa which isn't there for a reason...
