Not a happy starter...

..Hi, Not a serious fault this one, just wondering why the engine takes a while to start, it will usually take twice as long as a normal engine to catch and fire up, once running its fine. It helps if i give it a bit of throttle, only obvious thing I know of is spark plugs which are new

On a plus I got it on a Kwikfit ramp today and the brake bias spring has tension and is fine, so my new discs/pads/hoses are on thier way!

Re: Not a happy starter...

when you switch the engine off, the turbo is still spinning and forcing air through, so the other gubbins are trying to force fuel through, emptying the pipe ????...maybe ?????...probably not.......
