I know from experiance that the 1.8 and 2.0 are the same on the 155 but the v6 aint the same.
Is this the widebody or the slim ?
My m8 has widebody bits and works for a transport company ask him if he can help number below.
The parts disc says that the hub is common to the 145/6 and 155 but I think it depends on engine size etc., etc. but I have seen the wrong bolt used as a pinch bolt in the past, where someone had used a machine screw insted of a bolt and the thread had worn away where the balljoint goes through and the hub fell off
I'have allready replaced the bolt with original part but in my case the hole in hub is enlargened and the hub goes up and down... I'have thougt that i wuold make the cut in the hub a bit larger so that it could squeeze around balljoint bit tighter??? It might work... But im trying to find a replace hub also. And my wishbone is new original part. Car is slimbody '92 2.0 T.S.
It is possible for the hub to wear where the ball joint pin fits into it ....................i suggest you double check the wishbone is correct and if it is get another hub and fast don`t try a repair job
Noooooooooooooo..!!!! there are two different pin sizes one has(i think) a 12mm pin the other is a 14.5 'I THINK' there was deffinitaly two types its just that no one here has come across it. i think its because one of the fiat wishbones is the same as the 155 but the fiat has a choice of two hence the mixup.
