I'm thinking it might be the clocks too.
My car and Jason77's car are both T3 Gamma 96 BZ cars.
Everything looks identical (apart from the engine of course) apart from the clocks
Mine have a green PCB while Jason's is brown. They are both 1996 cars (mine registered late 95, Jason's late 96).
Can't see a part number or something to tell If I have the correct clocks.
I've noticed that as the speedo rises, it kinda pulses a bit. Checked the voltage from the sender and using my drill (2500rpm max), it only gets to 2.5V, but that is the same reading I got on Jason's car and my Silverstone. My drill obviously doesn't go fast enough to generate 6.5V.
I'm gonna take the speedo drive out again and try and reseat it. Think I'll take the one out the Silverstone and check it as they should be different.
THis is the biggest and worst problem I've had with this car
I'm sure both the last owners lost their licences for speeding and so sold the car on
