never mind all that, I still can't get the soddin things off, people in the works car-park probably wondering what the hell I'm doing tugging at my car during my lunch hour
I replaced mine a couple of weeks ago.. as Marlon said they are spring loaded at one end... if I remember correctly I pushed the repeater towards the door and just had to somehow grip and pull it and it popped out.. (takes some effort mind) well one end anyway.... the other end should just pull out... it is a bit scary cos you think your gonna either break the thing or cause damage to the wing.
lousy Alfas Guess what, did one side OK, but then on the other side there wasn't enough wiring to get the connector out of the little hole in the wing, so I couldn't put the blummin thing back together properly. Current the bulb is just, erm, resting inside the wing somewhere
Am I the only one with those round domed Fiat Coupe' and Barchetta (and Ferrari 550!) side repeaters? When I got my red ones through the post I had to take both wheels and wheelarch liners off to do the swap and only to find out that the bleedin replacement had a spade type fitting to the bulbs when mine was a screw type!!
I solved it in the end with the same colour paint the manufacturers use to paint their own class bulbs orange!
Looks the mutt's nuts if I may say so!
Not as trick as the blue lenses I had on the blue 155 before however still sexy!
