Have I dreamt it or have a read a number of threads about how 155 wiper blades cannot be changed without replacing the whole arms. I just bought 2 refil blades for £2.99. Am I thinking about something else?
Mine's a '97 and it looks like you can change the blade (Literally just the rubber blade). If the springs are gone, looks like a new arm is needed. Both my wipers are eating bonnet at the mo, so require sorting.
It isn't like the other cars I've had where you change the blade and frame at the same time.
Mines a '97 and I've changed the blades on it and I've done my m8's 145 aswell, the first time I changed mine I used some Halfrauds ones with a plastic backing, bad move they didn't flex enough to wipe the screen properly so I bought some off the dealer for about £7.50. wink wink
Mine's a '96 and have replaced them with silicon blades instead which lasts a lifetime. The rubber blade can be replaced, but be careful, as the claws are made of plastic and not metal like others. If the replacement blade's width is larger than the original's do not force them in. The claws will break.
