is it just the diped/low beam that needs to be the right shape? or do the high/full beam need to match some sort of shape or profile??
If it s just the low beam you could use the orriginal low beam glass blob with som spots for the high beam??
I was looking at my wifes punto, they have a simmilar low beam blob as the 155 but with a plastichrome surround, towards the outside of the lamp unit there is a place for some sort of fog lamp, these are the same circumference as the low beams and look like they have the same chrome look ring. (but i dont know how powerfull they would be....)
Anyway these lamps are designed to shine through clear perspex with no magnification or light bending features...so they might be useable.
Another thought is the companyy who makes the lexus style lamps
on ebay, they might be able to knock something up.
...would probly be expensive though.
..maybe cheaper than destroying my headlamps, and my wifes punto lights
Just some thoughts..
