OK, did a little reading of receipts etc.
The Rear Suspension was all done with new anti-roll bar bushes in Aug 2001 along with the front wishbones.
I said earlier that I remember the seller saying he run the car on lower tyre pressures to aid handling.
Well after a bit more reading, I found his hand written notes:
Rear: 25psi eek!
The rear seems a bit low compared to what it should be but I've been running for 2 days now on the reduced pressures. The verdict.......it seems to have worked, the car doesn't skip in mid corner bends nearly as much as it used to, in fact it's almost gone.
I did think, as did someone else, that the back skipped 'cos of the hard suspension and high tyre pressures. Maybe they are quoted high as the 155 has a huge boot. I'll pump them up if I'm gonna fill it, but for now, I'm gonna stick with the lower pressures.
