Variable valve timing

Hi again?

I've been asking about camshafts for my 2.0 TS 8V i reasently contacted catcams in Belgium and they directed me to their finish dealer... and the question is concerning about this variable valve timing which seems to be not familiar to them but they said that they can make custom camshafts. Has anyone any idea how these camshafts are different from normal DOHC ones? If you for example compare them to Alfas standard dohc without valve timing and TS?

Thanks in advance?

Thereis a funny type cog thing on the end of the inlet cam which moves the cam (in relation to the chain) via the variator which works using oil pressure (I think, but I have been known to be wrong......a lot).
I have cams from a 2.0litre TS 75 and I'll take a pic of the cog doofer If you like. It will be the same as they are the same engine.
