Thanks for the reply
when the car is stationary I got a mate to wiggle the stearing wheel while I held the road wheel, there was a definite clunking in the stearing,
I'm hoping its the track rod ends.
The wishbones will probably get done as well.
I've started to get a lot of road noise through the left wheel. Sounds like I'm driving over rumble strips. Tyre might be a bit flat but its defiantely transferring rough roads through the steering/suspension.
Do these steering arms replace the knuckle joints?
I was told by my specialist that the rack will have to come out to sort out the clunking knuckle joints problem. He was talking about a day and a half to do the job plus parts....£Kching£!

its easy all you do is pull off the rack boot and inside you will see a smooth round nut thing(knuckle joint)it has two flats on it so you can unscrew it..take it off put the new one in..........job done.
