Change my motor 1.8TS for 2.0 Turbo 16v?

Is possible to change the motor 1.8 by the 2.0? How much would cost?

I am lover of that motor, but I do not want to change of car to enjoy it, thanks!

Sure it is possible but fitting a 2.0 16v turbo is a *lot* of work. Ever looked in the engine compartment of a Q4? Little crouded aint it?
Unless you have a lot of time on your hands, a place to work in forever and the skills of a good mechanic i wouldn't even start.
Almost forgot, you also need the money to back things up!
Much cheaper to buy a Q4 and get some extra parts to make it all like new.
(A turbo engine also has an oil cooler, a turbo, an intercooler, different ecu, different clutch, bigger brakes, stronger gear box and the list goes on!)

Cheaper (but hard to find nowadays) to buy a real Q4.
You have to keep in mind to you also have to change the complete setup of the car , shock absorbers , brakes (are different !!) more horsepower = chassis modifictions.
Let us now it worked out fine.

Hasn't the Q4 got a different front subframe too, to suit the 4WD transmission?

Don't know if its a possibility of going FWD only with the existing subframe, but I bet it would be easier to find FWD drive variant of this engine as a donor, like the pre-5 pot FIAT Coupe Turbo or Lancia Thema Turbo 16v.
