back from my vacations..

Could someone please tell me what the meanings are of all the warning lights above the ash tray (155 2.0 TS 1995)..i know the stop lights, and the other lights, but what about the oil stick and radieator. I guess these warning lights are diffrent meaning than the ones in the dash board? I have no problems, just need it for future referennces.

Hi Nicholas,
the first one is low washer fluid level.

the second I found to mean that oil sensor had stopped working. ie ignore the warning light on the dash and check the dip stick manually.

the third is low rad fluid

the forth is brake lights not working

the fifth is fog lights not working

the sixth is side lights not working (front)

the seventh is rear number plate lights not working (I usually find a swift thump to the offending light fixes it)

and the rest are for open doors.

Hope this clarifies the situation.

I think that the oil level one on the check panel is there to remind you permanently that you are running low on oil since the one on the dash always goes out after 5 secs. You will find that the warning light on the check panel comes on after approximately four engine starts when low on oil!
