I don't think the difference between ZC75 and ZC80 would make any difference in just a couple of months. The oil is a bit thinner but then the weather has been cooler anyway, so the ZC75 will be more viscous now than the ZC80 was in the middle of summer.
Does the gearbox work okay (shifting down into second gear, especially)? It could be that the synchro' was already a bit worn and now you can hear it more than before... but I don't think that you damaged it.
If it's working okay, you can live with it for a while until you fix it. Fit a new clutch at the same time, if yours is not brand new... and if you don't know how old the slave cylinder is, it may be worth changing that too..
