Come on Peter,,after all you drive a,200 pound 166,that wouldn't pul you out of bed,and resaleable value of a used teabag,And celadon look at the cars they have brought out since fiat have took over the running alfa since 1995",front wheel drive mass production **** engines,in all the same cars, the worst are as follows,146,166,brava,156,GTV 2.0,widebody, 155,dedra,prisma,there's more, also look at the cars that alfa did before fiat decided to manage and **** the Mark up,guilia,sz, gta,gt junior,GTV,75,guiletta,alfetta,name a few, with rear wheel drive Ferrari setup brake's and suspension, motoring history, real heritage!!!!,the only decent fiat made is coupe 20v turbo, hence a skinny alfa 155 with a good decent engine, ideal car in my mind!!,but the only one I would have the rest are just poor man's cars, cause they can't afford a real alfa.Plus they brake for fun, also the real valuable 155 is the silverstone,in red, cause they are limited edition, also built for touring car heritage, and only 11 left.,,,,please widebodys are scrap, one word "simple".
Ha ha ha! Shame the 155 are all front wheel driven (except Q4) the only difference is taste!
I drive a 155 a 156 a 166 and a whole host of other RWD cars! As far as Alfa's are concerned they're like marmite!
Why do you have a personal attack on the widebody? We all like the 155 and lets face it the skinny road going version has sod all in common with the DTM cars mechanically!
Your DTM rep ( which I respect) was exactly that a "REP" not 1 thing in common with a DTM 155 except the kit!
So where are we going here................................ we like what we like and we all have different views, tastes and preferences!
The 155 was a Tipo underneath and that counts for the skinny to!
So we all drive a Chavved up Tipo that can't go fast without bolting a turbo engine in it or own a Q4 skinny (but converted to widebody as the original skinny panels had rotted out) that I had!
I'm not having a personal attack on you Lee just putting across my views
I'd love to own a Montreal or an 8c from yesteryear but the 155, 156, and 166 will have to do!
Do you stil own the Red Silverstone??
