Elecrical problems with my AR 155

Hi, I recently bought a Alfa Romeo 155 TS from '93 and i have some electrical problems.
First of all, my car battery ran out of juice and since then my windshield wipers are running all the time, so I had to remove the fuse for them from the fuse box. What's curious is that when I took it at the service and I put back the fuse they were working normally, so I left the fuse at it's place, and after I left the service and I hit the honk, at first it didn't work and the second time when I hit it it worked but the windshield wipers started again to work.
I experimented a little with the fuse box and if I leave the fuse for the wipers and I remove the fuse for the horn the wipers work correctly but the horn is of course unussable. I don't know what can it be.
Secondly, while I was experimenting i probably switched some fuses between each other...can somene with a AR 155 TS from 1993 take a picture of the fuse box...that would be really helpfull!

Check for water in the fusebox !
If the windscreen has leaked at any time, the most common place for it to drip is the fusebox.

I have had it happen to me, as have many others with 155's

Last time, i had to empty 0.25 litres from the fusebox itself after removing it, then I had to dry the fusebox !

Yes.. this is a fusebox problem. The big red relay controls the wipers, so you can take that out and put all the other fuse back. That should allow everything else to work (the wipers will only work on the "sweep" function).

Dry the fusebox out (put a fan in the footwell) and then make sure it's not still leaking. Some people put a platstic bag around the fusebox but it's better if you find where it leaks and fix that instead.
