The bumper is going to be held on by 3 or 4 big bolts on the top, one in each wheel arch and then maybe a couple of others underneath).

You'll need to expose the top of the bumper, so almost certainly you'll need to remove the radiator grille.
The bumper is also connected to the wheel arch liners, so you'll have to unscrew the screw that holds the front of the liner to the bumper.

Underneath the bumper is probably connected to the car by a bolt in each corner. You just have to track down everything connected to the bumper and unscrew it.

The bumper is probably held in place by some plastic discs that line up with some slots in the back of the bumper (a bit like a kitchen drawer runner) so if you unbolt everything the bumper won't just fall off, it'll be held in place by the slots. Toy remove the bumper from the car you need to pull it forwards about 3", so the bumper clears the plastic discs, then it'll drop off the car.

The wing is held in place with bolts and mastic. If you took the liner out to remove the bumper, you should be able to look into the rear of the wheel arch to see any bolts.. but I'm guessing they'll be just at the top (in the rain channel) with another one lower down and one at the front by the headlight. Again, you have to unscrew the bolts and the pull the wing off. It's sealed on with mastic so you may need a Stanley knife handy to cut through the sealant.

Front bumper is 4 bolts at the front under the grill and 4 inside the wheel arch. You will haev to remove the inner arch which is a load of screws and also undo the bolts at teh front of teh undertray as its all attached. As for the wings?????? no idea!

As said, better in the right section

Most fixings are torx bolts - four on top that you need to remove the grille to access, maybe 3 along the bottom edge - but if your undertray is missing these may not be there, a couple of screws on eacg side from the inner arch liner to bumper edge, then on the offside 3 torx bolts upwards from the bumper into the bottom edge of the wing (you'll probably need to remove the arch liner to make access easier), and on the nearside (again remove the arch liner) there are two torx bolts upwards...the foremost fixing is just a spring clip sort of fixing - it just pulls out.

The wing is again held on with torx bolts (apart from the bonnet strut pivot which is 14mm, and a phillips head screw at the bottom front of the door aperture, which quite commonly rounds off ) Its easier to take the door off to give access to the bottom of the wing as its very well bonded on and you'll need to cut/pry/chisel all the bonding sealant to free the bottom of the wing. Don't forget the one torx bolt halfway up the inner wing to outer wing joint which will be coated in underseal.....or the one hidden under the rubber trim piece at the upper edge of the wing against the screen pillar.
