Recommend tyre pressures

I'm off to the Nurburgring this weekend in my 2.0TS 16v with 133k on the clock.

If I remember rightly, the recommended tyre pressures for 155 is 32psi at the front and 29psi at the rear, but does anybody have any other suggested pressures?

And this is more to a view to all round driving, rather road or track.

If you still have the handbook in the glove compartment, it will tell you the pressures.
It also tells you what pressure for a fully laden car.

36/33 rings a bell, especially if you're on the 'ring.
