I know there is millions of oil posts but really dont have the time to sift through them all for a quick response, call me lazy! Best oil for my car?

As you probably know Alfa recommend Selenia. The specialist I use swear by Silkolene as they reckon it doesn't burn off so fast... but I really haven't much experience with different oils myself!

Use any known brand.

Semi-synthetic is good enough.

Change it every 6,000 miles rather than spending more on a more expensive/"better" oil.

Engine will last forever.

I just did my change last month and used a brand called Comma. The lad in the shop had it and Castrol, I asked him whats the difference and he said "One thing...price"
That was good enough for me
