It's a bit of a rip-off because only Alfa has traditionally made the front section and they're pretty dear (about £230 from memory.. these guys seem to have priced theirs to be "just" cheaper).
If you end up deciding to go for it, I'd go for the genooiune part.. haggle for some discount from the dealer... you'd be surprised. The AR part is pretty good... my old beast is still on its second (i.e. first replacement) .. aboot 6 years/80,000m and it's still going strong.
Otherwise, you may get a cheaper item if you go to a specialist exhaust fabricator and get them to make you one from scratch. You may have a Powerflow franchise etc. in your area.. maybe other people can suggest others you can consider.
